Macintosh Today vintage 1988 very rare lapel pin
It is probably one of the most curious and extremely rare lapel pins in our shop. It bears only the mention Macintosh Today on a white background. So, what is Macintosh Today ? By searching the archives of the Computer History Museum website we found this information :
“Macintosh Today. Large-format Apple Macintosh-related industry news magazine. Incomplete run; extent uncertain. Library has only one issue: March 8, 1988 (Vol. 2, No. 5). Apparently was published more often than monthly.”
This magazine was edited by PCW Communications Inc., which also published other magazines like PC World. The Mac Today magazine has been published for a short time. This lapel pin, extremely rare, is a souvenir of the late eighties. This is the first time we offer this lapel pin for sale and it is undoubtedly also the last time !
